DONGMAO Lamborghini Aventador LP740-4S LP770-4 6.5 (2011-2022) Exhaust System

Overview

2011 Lamborghini Aventador LP740-4S LP770-4 6.5 built by Dongmao as a direct-fit exhaust system. Every unit is assembled on a platform-specific jig, so flange angles, hanger positions and tip alignment repeat from the first unit of a batch to the last.

Tube work is T304 Stainless with mandrel bends throughout. Welds are back-purged TIG, inside and outside, then checked for penetration before the part moves to finishing. The valve system is cycle-tested before packing.
