Back-purged TIG welding inside and out. Penetration is checked, not assumed.
Weld beads ground and blended by hand, then polished or brushed to the finish specified on the order.
Vacuum or electric actuators fitted, spring tension set and cycled before the unit moves on.

One unit for a trial order. Once you have checked the weld, the fit and the sound, production batches are built to your order and mixed part numbers can share a container.
Yes. Laser-engraved logos on tips and mufflers, your carton artwork, your hangtag and your part-number scheme. Private label is the normal way we ship, not a special request.
Every platform is built on its own jig from a vehicle we have measured. Send the vehicle list, VIN range or OEM part number and we confirm the fitment against the jig before quoting.
Yes. On a new platform we build one unit, photograph the welds and the fitment, and ship it for your approval. The batch runs on the same jig and the same weld programme.
T304 stainless as standard, Grade 1 titanium on request. Valve systems can be vacuum or electric, with remote control. Tips come polished, brushed, burnt blue or carbon fibre, in rolled or slash-cut profiles.
Each unit is foam-wrapped and cartoned, with gaskets and hardware in the same box. We draw the container loading plan before the truck arrives so the volume you paid for is the volume you get.
