DONGMAO Aston Martin · DB11 4.0T V8 (2017-2023) Exhaust System

Overview

2017 Aston Martin · DB11 4.0T V8 built by Dongmao as a direct-fit exhaust system. Every unit is assembled on a platform-specific jig, so flange angles, hanger positions and tip alignment repeat from the first unit of a batch to the last.

Tube work is T304 Stainless with mandrel bends throughout. Welds are back-purged TIG, inside and outside, then checked for penetration before the part moves to finishing.
