Overview

2017 Infiniti Q50S 2.0T built by Dongmao as a direct-fit exhaust system. Every unit is assembled on a platform-specific jig, so flange angles, hanger positions and tip alignment repeat from the first unit of a batch to the last.

Tube work is T304 Stainless with mandrel bends throughout. Welds are back-purged TIG, inside and outside, then checked for penetration before the part moves to finishing. The valve system is cycle-tested before packing.
