DONGMAO Honda Civic R 2.0T FL5 (2022-2025) Titanium Upgrade Racing Exhaust System

Overview

2022 Honda Civic R 2.0T FL5 Titanium built by Dongmao as a direct-fit exhaust system. Every unit is assembled on a platform-specific jig, so flange angles, hanger positions and tip alignment repeat from the first unit of a batch to the last.

Tube work is Titanium with mandrel bends throughout. Welds are back-purged TIG, inside and outside, then checked for penetration before the part moves to finishing.
