DONGMAO BMW M3 3.0T G81 200-Cell Cat Downpipe

Overview

2023 BMW M3 3.0T G81 built by Dongmao as a direct-fit exhaust system. Every unit is assembled on a platform-specific jig, so flange angles, hanger positions and tip alignment repeat from the first unit of a batch to the last.

Tube work is T304 Stainless with mandrel bends throughout. Welds are back-purged TIG, inside and outside, then checked for penetration before the part moves to finishing.
