DONGMAO BMW G30 G38 530i 530e 540i B48 B58 Performance Stainless Steel Muffler

Overview

BMW G30 G38 530i 530e 540i B48 B58 built by Dongmao as a direct-fit exhaust system. Every unit is assembled on a platform-specific jig, so flange angles, hanger positions and tip alignment repeat from the first unit of a batch to the last.

Tube work is T304 Stainless with mandrel bends throughout. Welds are back-purged TIG, inside and outside, then checked for penetration before the part moves to finishing.
